Continuous beeping and power loss on my Tahoe Q7i any ideas?

I've recently observed that my 2010 Tahoe Q7i begins to beep continuously when I reach about 3200 RPM. Along with the beeping, I experience a loss of power, but it runs smoothly again as soon as I ease off the throttle.

This issue began after I unintentionally operated the boat in shallow water filled with debris and muck. The oil and temp gauges appear to be normal.

Do you think this could be a sensor problem in the lower unit due to the debris or is it something else? I'd really appreciate any thoughts before I take it in for repairs.

@hydrohavochero25 This screams cooling system issue after that shallow water incident. Even if your temp gauge looks normal, your impeller in the lower unit likely took a hit from the muck and isn't pumping enough water at higher RPMs. The engine is probably detecting an overheat or low water pressure and going into limp mode. Get that impeller checked immediately

Sounds like debris might have messed with a sensor in the lower unit, especially since it started after running in shallow, mucky water. Even if the gauges look fine, that beeping and power drop usually points to a sensor warning. Id have it checked out before things get worse.
