How much should I pay for a 2017 1950?

THe listing had no price, but I went to check out the boat. It's in great condition, the owner says it has less than 100 hours on it and is selling it for his own reasons, which I wouldn't want to talk about. Anyway, he saw that I liked the boat a lot and told me that he'll leave it up to me to go with the starting price. A weird way of selling something, but it is what it is. I dod some research and found the prices to be all over the place, so I hope someone can point me in the right direction or at least give me a narrower range?

it's a mercury engine with 115 hp, the geat is just as is from the delar, which as the owner expleind is the same, so no trims like we see on cars. But it does have hydraulic steering and a depth finder as extras. Should I start with 30k?
